VETERANS

The breeder's task is to breed animals to obtain healthy animals with improved breed qualities, as well as to obtain new types of colors and other qualities of the animal. For this reason, cattery animals are often subject to replacement, and to obtain healthy offspring, the cat is put out of work at about 5 years of age. Animals which are to be replaced are entirely healthy, unless otherwise specified, and can live happily with a new owner until ancient age. For a British cat, it is more than 15 years. We are eternally grateful to our veterans and wish them the happiest life in their new homes.
